I am a fully qualified primary teacher who has taught both in the UK and internationally. I have over 25-years' classroom experience teaching children from Year 1 to Year 6, especially children with English as an additional language. In addition to being a teacher, I have provided 1:1 tutoring to students at the international schools I have worked for. I teach English (spelling, reading, writing, comprehension) and mathematics (number, place value, mental calculation and written calculation). I can support all abilities; those who require extra catch-up and those who need an extra boost. My private lessons support and guide you through the learning process, taking things step by step at your own pace. I use lots of IT and games to model and demonstrate what you're learning and give you plenty of opportunity to practise things along the way.
