The Masterclass Programme is Patchwork Foundation's flagship, year-long opportunity for young people aged 18–30 from underrepresented communities across the UK. Over a series of sessions, participants meet senior leaders from politics and civil society face-to-face, chairing discussions under Chatham House Rules to ask the questions that matter to them. Alongside direct access to decision-makers, participants build research and public speaking skills, grow a network of peers from similarly diverse backgrounds, and receive support to overcome practical barriers to taking part. Alumni have gone on to become MPs, peers, and councillors - proof that a seat at the table starts with an invitation.
